What if I've missed a pick-up?

If you've missed the pick-up time, you can call your local Fastway Courier Franchisee to arrange collection for the next delivery cycle.

If you’re unable to contact your local Courier Franchisee please call your local Fastway depot on 1300 FASTWAY or email us.

Can't you just quickly rush back and pick up my parcel?

Unfortunately, we can't do this because our couriers operate on a timetable (like a bus or train). If we went back we'd be late for the next customer. Apologies for any inconvenience, but this is the way we reduce our costs to provide our great low prices to you.
